CAMPAIGN
The Seat recognition Agreement entitles the sponsor to receive a plaque in his/her name, family name or company name. The plaque will be installed on the chosen seat for a minimum of ten years as well as being displayed on a larger donations board representing the Founding contributors of the Roxy Theatre. Sponsors are being recognized for their donation with a plaque and are not purchasing the seat. Sponsors will also receive advanced ticket notification and purchasing privileges for select Roxy special events. All monies raised are in support of the restoration of the Roxy theatre
HOW TO Sponsor YOUR Roxy Seat
1). Look at the seat map below and see which seat(s) you would like to sponsor.
Light Blue(Rows K-N)=$500, Green(Rows E-J)=$1000, Yellow(Side Rows A-D)=$1500,
Tan(Centre A-D)=$2000
All seats marked with red are already sponsored and seats marked with grey and darker blue are reserved.
2). You next will need to down load the sponsorship agreement below and fill it out letting us know who you would like to dedicate the sponsored chair(s) to. You will be able to email the form to us at the email address at the bottom of the form or mail the form to us to the address which is also at the bottom of the form.
3). Next you will have to pay for the sponsored chairs by selecting the appropriate buttons directly below. Once pressed it will take you to our Square site where you will be able to pay.
4). We will issue Tax receipts at the end of the year.

Etch your name in history
The Act III Together We Can Do It fundraiser for the Crowsnest Cultural and Recreation Society (Cando for short) is experiencing a series of successes in fundraising that started with a donation and early recognition from the Blairmore Lions Club. Scene Two of Act III is underway! This is an opportunity for families in the Crowsnest Pass and elsewhere to recognize passed loved ones and honor current family members through a Roxy Chair recognition campaign. The Four Seat recognition categories are priced at $500, $1000, $1500, and $2000 depending on location in the Roxy Theatre. Your name or in memoriam names will be etched on a Wall of Fame located in the Roxy Lounge area. All funds donated to the seat recognition campaign will receive a tax receipt. Funds will be used for chair, theatre and foyer atmosphere enhancements.

Seat recognition donors will be placed on an early notification list for most events which will allow for the opportunity to purchase event tickets in advance of notification to the general public.
Construction activities began in May of 2023 and the completion of the process will depend on ongoing donations from the public, Corporations and Federal and Provincial grants that recognize the Historical designation of the Roxy.
This is a great opportunity to be recognized for contributing to a much-needed facility. Here is everyone’s chance to build something new and vibrant. The Roxy Performing Arts Centre will be a going concern. Become part of a Crowsnest Pass and this historic opportunity by etching your name in the Roxy and gaining recognition that will last!
